We began this calendar year with an emphasis on It's All about Transformation.  In every area of the church's life, we have strived to make transforming lives the focus of all we do. The scriptural foundation is found in Romans 12:2 which says, "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." If we, the church body, are not ourselves transformed by God's Spirit, then how can we ever expect to be an agent of change in today's secular world?

 I will be preaching a series of sermons during the month of May that describes what transformed families look like today. Using characters from Genesis, we will see that their struggles are surprisingly similar to ours.
